8 Small Daily Exercise

Don’t worry if you don’t have time for gym. These small exercises will help you do the job, with no equipment required.

At least give 1-minute for each. You can maximize it at your own pace.

  1. Jumping Jacks — It’s like a warm-up.
  2. Squats — For thighs and butt.
  3. Push-up — For arms and chest.
  4. Wall Sit — For thigh and upper leg muscle.
  5. Bicycle Crunch — For core strength and toning your thighs.
  6. Prone Plank — For abs.
  7. Lunge — For thighs and knees.
  8. Push-Up Side Plank — Chest, arms, shoulders, core and legs.

    • I guess you can opt-out few of them .. I am sure they will help you! 🙂 In terms of keeping yourself healthy .. what do you do brother John?

    • Are you familiar with the stability ball? They are oversized balls that can help make getting into those positions easier but you are still giving your body the workout. I can do sit-ups (off the ball) without hurting my back on the floor. They are very affordable and may help you since it sounds like you have an injury

    • These aren’t for gym .. they are for home or any free place. They are super easy and most of them can be done by everyone, even you too. I have taken care of majority of my readers and constructed the list in that way. So they are easy to use! 🙂
