Sometimes in this busy life, we fail to maintain our health. Which leads to an unhealthier life. Neglecting minor issues leads to a big, dramatic one. Cancer, Diabetes and else. We all need to change our habits.
Well, what should you do?
If you can take care of simple things and stick to it; nothing will ever happen dramatic to your health.
If you are doing these 9 things daily, I bet you’re healthy. If not? add it to your list. You will change yourself and improve your health. Foremost, emotionally, physically and mentally.
Still, its a continuous and never ending purpose & process. I’ll be continuing to do them daily, wishing you to do the same.

- Early to Bed & Rise. Early to bed and early to rise makes and man healthy, wealthy and wise.
- Stabilize Your Water Intake. Not too much, not too less. Calculate what you should drink. Get the chart here >>
- Workouts & Stretch Outs. Go and get your Gym membership. Try to go daily or ask your coordinator to provide you some home workouts.
- Get the Apple. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Shop in bulk for 30 days to save money.
- The Cleaning Chain. Don’t break the chain, do it continuously everyday. Keep your surroundings clean. Use a good bathing soap & hand sanitiser.
- Breakfast Buddy. Don’t miss it. Make it large (full of eggs, proteins, cereals and milk.) It affects a lot than any meal. Keep some dry fruits and healthy snacks if in a hurry.

- Be Happy & Love Often. Group up yourself with like minded friends. Laugh, watch comedy shows. Foremost be positive and be happy.
